2014 Scholarship Winners

The Margarian Law Firm Recognizes Recipients of 2014 Margarian Scholarship at Awards Gala and Networking Soirée

Winners Selected Among Hundreds of Applicants; Recognized at Awards Banquet Wednesday, August 20.

GLENDALE, CA (August 18, 2014) – After months of anticipation, The Margarian Law Firm announced Monday the five winners of the 2014 Margarian Scholarship. The firm received over 600 applications from all around the world from very deserving students in all walks of life.

The Scholarship Committee spent hundreds of hours carefully reviewing each and every portion of each application received. Given the high levels of achievement demonstrated by each applicant, it was very difficult for the Scholarship Committee to narrow down the application pool. Each applicant was deserving in their own way and exhibited excellent grades, service to the community, leadership skills and the ability to rise from obstacles.

After thorough review and extensive deliberation, The Margarian Law Firm has announced the winners of the 2014 Margarian Scholarship:

• Marina Hovhannisyan
• Eric Santiago James
• Yujung Kim
• Mariam Maghakyan
• Diana Muradova

The winners will be recognized at the Margarian Scholarship Awards Reception, which will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at 6:30 p.m at LA Banquets’ Glenoaks Ballroom, located at 1320 W. Glenoaks Blvd., Glendale, CA 91201. The event is free of charge, open to the public and an excellent networking opportunity for all students and professionals.
